This earlier kinetic again plays with the interrelationship of elements as they rotate, using a robust quartz clock movement as the motive force.

 

A sculpture which tells the time, it strikes the bell at the top of each hour. The brass pointer serves as the minute hand and the copper rectangle marks the hour.
